Contact the Pharmacy
If you need a refill, please contact your pharmacy and ask them to send over a request to our office.
You may also message us through Klara, our secure messaging system, to request a prescription refill. Find that by clicking on the blue bubble on the lower right hand side of this screen.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for refills to be completed.
Important Note: If you have not been seen within 12 months, please contact us to schedule an appointment. We cannot refill a prescription if you have not been seen within the past year.
