What You’ll Gain
Our program is designed to help future healthcare professionals bridge the gap between undergraduate education and graduate-level training. As a full-time, paid clinical assistant, you’ll work closely with board-certified dermatologists, experienced physician associates and nurse practitioners, across our ten office locations in Connecticut. You’ll be involved in direct patient care, clinical documentation, and various aspects of medical practice operations—providing you with the foundation and confidence needed for the next stage of your journey.

Most participants join us for 12 to 14 months, typically from early summer through the following summer.
Is the position paid?
Yes! This is a full-time, paid clinical role.
What will my daily responsibilities include?
You'll assist with patient intake, scribing, documenting in the EMR, preparing treatment rooms, and working closely with our providers to support clinical care.
Where are the offices located?
We have ten convenient office locations across Connecticut. Placement will be based on location needs and your availability.
