Dr. Julie Cantatore is absolutely wonderful. My daughter had been dealing with a severe scalp condition for seven months that had been misdiagnosed by four different providers and continued to worsen. She was extremely uncomfortable and in pain, and as her mother, I had become incredibly frustrated and desperate for answers. We drove two hours to Norwalk to see Dr. Cantatore, and it was completely worth it. From the moment she met us, her bedside manner stood out. She was calm, understanding, and genuinely listened to all of my concerns and frustrations. She took her time thoroughly assessing my daughter, was wonderful with her during the biopsy, and never made us feel rushed. Dr. Cantatore had a different diagnosis than the previous providers and started my daughter on a different treatment. Within just one week, her scalp had completely cleared. What meant even more to me was that a few days after our visit, Dr. Cantatore personally called to check on my daughter and see how she was responding to treatment. You could truly tell that she genuinely cares. She is knowledgeable, personable, wonderful with children, and clearly passionate about her patients and the work she does. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Cantatore and to Physicians of CT for listening to my concerns and connecting my daughter with the right provider. I highly recommend Dr. Cantatore, and I truly believe the care she provides deserves recognition.

I had a wonderful experience with dr Julie Cantatore-Francis. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and I felt that my questions were taken seriously. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean and well organized. I highly recommend this dermatologist and would definitely return for future care.

Our Norwalk, Connecticut Office

Serving patients in our Norwalk office, are Dr. Loyd Godwin, Dr. Julie Cantatore-Francis, Dr. Debra Weissman and Kate Thompson, PA-C, offering comprehensive care in all areas of dermatology, including pediatric and adolescent dermatology, as well as cosmetic and laser dermatology.

Our offices are conveniently located in Suite 3B at 148 East Avenue in Norwalk, just a few minutes off I-95, close to the East Norwalk train station and Stew Leonard’s.

Also, located in the same building is Quest Labs, should you require bloodwork and nearby are Rite Aid and CVS if prescriptions are needed for your continued care.

Dr. Godwin opened Dermatology Physicians of Connecticut in 2013, with the goal of having a team of dermatologists that provide personalized care and the latest dermatological advancements to patients. Dr. Godwin is board certified in dermatology, completing his training at the New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Cantatore-Francis is board certified and received her medical degree from Stony Brook University. Dr. Sree Kolli Dr. Sree Kolli received her undergraduate degree from University of California Los Angeles and her medical degree from The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at University of Vermont. Dr. Noah Levit received his BS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University with honors and his MD and PhD degrees from the Stony Brook University Renaissance School of Medicine. Dr. Weissman is board certified and fellowship trained in dermatology from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Madison Ricks, PA-C received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Syracuse University in 2018. She then went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Marist College. Amy Rossiter, MS, PA-C earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Baylor College of Medicine. Kate Thompson, PA-C, received her masters of physician assistant studies from Arcadia University.
