Hardly any waiting period from check-in to seeing Dr. Bilinski who addressed all my concerns. Haley was very professional, pleasant, and personable. Thank you!

BTW to better serve patients;
1. the arrow on the signage should be updated to point left and down.
2. The “”Activate Camera” on the website should be functioning to allow patients to submit insurance ahead of the appointment to minimize the many texts sent to patients to complete the form for insurance or driver’s license
3. Add office phone number to the text sent to patients saying we can call or ask for directions.

Our office is located in Hamden at 1952 Whitney Avenue between exits 60 and 61 off the Wilbur Cross Parkway (Route 15). The office building is a three-story brick building visible from the street of Whitney Avenue. We are located on the second floor.

The office is conveniently located near CVS, Walgreens, and Quest Diagnostics. Also moments from downtown New Haven, Yale New Haven Hospital, and Hospital of Saint Raphaels.

A Connecticut transit stop in front of the building makes it conveniently accessible for public transportation. The surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants and retail amenities.
