Carolyn Carroll, MD

Dr. Carroll has been in private practice on the Connecticut shoreline for the last 16 years before joining Dermatology Physicians of Connecticut in 2016. Board certified in dermatology and dermatopathology, Dr. Carroll treats a wide range of skin conditions in adults, adolescents and children.

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in molecular biology, Dr. Carroll earned her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. She completed her internship at the University of Massachusetts and her dermatology residency training at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Following residency she completed a dermatopathology fellowship at Yale School of Medicine. Upon completing her fellowship, Dr. Carroll remained at the Yale School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology and Pathology for four years.

Dr. Carroll is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Yale School of Medicine. She is actively involved in overseeing and teaching dermatology residents at Yale.

When not busy with her husband, three children and two dogs, you can find her out playing tennis and attending spin class.
